Honestly, I won't go into too much detail, in order to save myself from getting way too emotional.  But just know that we would be in a world of hurt, without our Gigi.  I think all of my friends, who are lucky enough to have their amazing mothers, and mother-in-laws, watch their babies while they work, are in the same boat.
